Tunny fish with onions and txakoli


Cut the garlic in lamina and the onion in rings.

Remove them in a pan with a good splash of olive oil (virgen type).

Add afterwards the txakoli and cover the pan until the onion is well cooked.

Introduce the spiced slices of tunny fish and cook them carefully in order to avoid the fish getting dry.

Serve the dish.


  • 2 slices of tunny fish
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 cup of txakoli
  • Olive oil (virgin type)
  • Salt
